By the time I arrived they offered an upgrade because of the high season they didn’t have the unit I asked for, and I didn’t take it because was going to increase my budget for the insurance, so they wanted to compensate searching for a unit in other location, but I was lucky that a client arrived with the unit I reservedCons:

Cons:
The SUV I reserved was not there. Waited three and a half hours for resolution. Nothing. Couldn’t get one alternate vehicle because it needed an oil change. Couldn’t get a van because it needed registration renewal but it had permanent tags. Manager called corporate and person who could sign off didn’t return four phone messages in those three and a half hours. Left very upset with no vehicle.2,4 Poor

If you aren't using the third row the storage capacity is fantastic (which is what we did). Very smooth ride, with an amazing turning radius. It was a pleasure to drive.Cons:
Apparently the bluetooth was disabled. That is unfortunate as we like to ensure we are safely handsfree. It is big so we were concerned about getting into tight spaces but we didn't have any issues.10,0 Wonderful

The thing I enjoyed the most was that there was no outrageous amount of fees tacked on for a different drop off location. Very reasonable rate, newer clean car, best car rental experience so far. Would definitely rent from them again in the future.8,8 Very Good
