The rep that assisted me, I want to say his name is Brandon was extremely helpful and friendly. Even though they didn't have the vehicle I reserved on hand he assisted me with obtaining something equal to (or better) to fulfill the reservation at no extra charge. I have NEVER received that type of assistance from other places. I was VERY pleased with the service and will make Enterprise my priority rental place.Cons:

The car was not clean, I paid for a premium vehicle, but they did not have any available. They gave me a full size car, which was one grade below the premium, but would would not give a refund for the lesser quality vehicle. Lastly the manager was talking down to his salesperson using the “F” word5,6 Fair

The car, a Ford, did not have quality seat adjustments. The car seat was unable to be adjusted to a more upright position to support my shoulders and head while driving. The highest setting was still reclined. Very uncomfortable and unsafe.2,0 Poor
