The front door was locked and I had to call a number taped to the door to gain access to the location. Then they didn't have the size vehicle I reserved which was a full size car, he offered me a smaller car but the same price, I asked why should I pay the same for a smaller car, (ITS ALL I HAVE TAKE IT OR LEAVE IT) is what he told me. I wanted to leave it but I prepaid for the vehicle online to get a better rate, he informed me if I wanted I refund I would have had to wait, so I would be with out a car and the money until they released it, leaving me no way to rent another somewhere else. So I had to take and the smaller car for the same price, now a month after I drop the car off which was checked by the own I get a bill in the mail saying one of the tires was cut. Lol charged my card 102.00... Never again will I rent anything from them.2,0 Poor

Loved the car itself, it was an older version but had all the same features as a 2020 Hyundai Elantra. Enterprise employees were very nice, prompt, and took care of us during both pick up and drop off.Cons:
1.The cleanliness of the rentals needs to improve. I understand how busy it gets but there should be no question when it come to rushing vs cleanliness, especially during Covid-19. 2. I dropped the car off at the body shop that fixed my car and a young lady from the place I rented the car told me that I would have to go back and get it because they were not authorized with them. I thought about it and call back and spoke with someone else and she said oh no problem one of our other offices will pick it up for up. Thank you and have a great day. This was my second rental in as many weeks. Everything was going well initially. The manager had called a few days before to confirm everything; however, the morning of the pick-up I called back to let the manager know that I would be paying with another form of payment. When I arrived at the store, I was greet by a young fellow and preceded with the rental process. He informed me that he was brought in from another store to help at this location. As we go through the process, he asked if I wanted to get insurance, which I answered no. He asked what was my deductible - I said $1000. He muddle, "Just a small scratch, rock pop from the road, its the same. you're going have to pay $1000. OK I said. I was paying with a debit card, so I gave him my license, debit card and two recent utility bills. The exact same bills we used just last week. However, this time I was denied because one of the bills carried a balance. I asked for the manager, after going back and forth with the salesperson. The manager came to the front and explained that he cannot accept the bill with a carry over balance. But these are the exact same bills you accepted last week. "yeah, he replied, "I shouldn't have, but today I'm being audited and I can't take the bill". Thanks, I left, never to return.8,4 Very Good

We paid to take an Uber to the site from our hotel only to be told we could not rent the vehicle after reserving it online because we did not have a chip in our credit card and were from out of state. Very disappointed since the whole reason we would require a vehivbehicle is due to the fact that we are not local and do not have access to our own. Absolute waste of time and money.10,0 Wonderful

I filled out the information online declining all insurance - when I got there they just filled it out how they wanted to and told me they were comp'ing me a day and giving me additional insurance at no cost. THEY LIED. It came up as an additional charge on my CC and I called back - they keep giving me the guys voice mail. NEVER NEVER again. There are many car rental places close to me - I don't have to go to Hertz.Thrifty
