Car had no registration sticker and an expired inspection. I was pulled over 45 minutes into the trip because of it. When I handed the officer my rental agreement from the passenger seat, I realized it was the former renter’s agreement, not mine. This means they either did not clean the car at all or did a very poor job of it. The officer let me go once they saw it was a rental, but Payless refused to refund any part of my booking for the unclean vehicle, poor customer service, or the non-inspected car.

very much appreciated the young lady who helped me get acquainted with the vehicle.the drop off lot was at the other end of the terminal, which made walking with bags and a mask on, a little tiring. maybe the drop off lot could be closer to the rental office?

Nothing. They wouldn't rent to me and I still had to pay for the insurance.You could have not charged me for insurance on a car I didn't drive.

Friendly and informative service.I think customers should charged by the hour, I was late by 1 hour for my 24 hour rental and was told I would be charged an entire extra day for it, I get it, but still.

Nothing!Our flight was delayed and when we got to Enterprise they had given our car away along with about 10 others who had contracts. They told me to they'd honor any additional costs. THEY DIDN'T! I will never use Enterprise again!

They didn’t acknowledged the insurance y bought online and told me if something happened to the car I had to pay anyway... unless I bought another insurance directly with them.

Great service!The agent was friendly and helpful. They had my car ready when I arrived. Pickup and after hour drop off was quick and convenient. The car was perfect and clean.

Staff was friendlyTires were not inflated, staff dis not check state of the rental with me before leaving lot, and vehicle was not similar to that which i chose (i chose a kia soul or similar and received a nissan frontier pickup truck)

When you get the gas option where they fill up the car, you are required to pay for a full take, even though you only use half or less. A rip off.

There was something wrong with car. I think the transmission was going bad; every time I stopped in traffic and then accelerated again, the car would lurch forward. I was just happy it didn't break down completely.
