Pros:
Nothing. They called the morning of my rental and told me there was no car for me and basically, too bad for me.Cons:
They could have had a car on the lot for me instead of calling 30 minutes before I was set to pick the car up to inform me there was no car and there would not be a car at any point.9,6 Wonderful

Soooo, you want to know how my Enterprise car rental was, humm. Well actually, it wasn't. There was no car there for me. I produced my reservation, it didn't matter, no car for me. What amazed me was that, although my world had just come crashing down around me, the associate at Enterprise in Cranberry, Pa took it to be something which can't be helped, clearly not his fault. He explained they tried to call the number listed for me but there was no answer. I asked the number, it wasn't mine. It was of no concern to them that I had people coming in to pick up, that there is no taxi service in my home town or any other rental car facility for 90 miles as far as I was able to determine. I then called Enterprise customer service and was directed to a supervisor. With a seemingly inordinate space of time wasted, she... as it turned out was merely filing a complaint form so that “corporate” could see how many times this happens and possibly change policy if deemed necessary. But what about my car? She found me a car at the Pittsburgh airport which ironically was where I needed their car to drive to, 90 miles away so that wasn't any help. Ah ha, then, finally. She figured it out. It was my fault of course. She then switched gears and explained how it was actually YOUR FAULT! And mine for hiring a... what she termed “a third party reservation.” This debacle caused me untold difficulties but more then that, how do I put this into one word? I feel violated. Yes, I trusted you, I trusted Enterprise whom I've used countless times, once as resent as late April. And now I've lost that confidence along with the four irreplaceable days which my reserved car would have facilitated. My future plans now are aimed at doing what ever it takes to never require your services again.5,2 Fair

Pros:
I liked that this time the person at Enterprise actually gave me a bit of a discount and basically free damage protection for my inconvenience.Cons:
Every time I rent from the Clarion, Pennsylvania Enterprise they do not have a car for me when I have reserved it. In the Spring, for instance, they gave me a Chevy Tahoe (the biggest car that exists practically) nearly two hours after I reserved an economy car because that was the only car on the lot. This time, I once again ordered an economy car and got a mini-van (again the last car on the lot) an hour and half after I reserved it. I had to cancel lunch with my 94 grandmother because of this delay. Their one job is to have cars ready for people when the reserve them. That is their only job.3 locations in Clarion
