Always convenient, professional and affordable. I love them! I one rented from Budget and had the most horrible experience. Budget was rude and expensive. I very much liked my car; it was in great shape, got the best gas mileage Ive ever seen & it was comfy for my long road trip. Oh yeah & I think I looked pretty hip driving in the Chevy Spark ;) Overall I couldnt have been more pleased!!Cons:
There was not a single thing I didnt like; I mean, lets be honest, Id always appreciate an even cheaper deal on the car but I felt like I still got a grand deal & the peace of mind I had on the road while driving the chevy spark was priceless :)Avis

I had prepaid for a rental car two weeks in advance, and there was an additional $200 down payment that I was not aware of. I reviewed my rental agreement and did not see any mention of this. Also, they downgraded the car that I had prepaid for without notifying me.2,0 Poor

The guys at the Williamson County Airport Hertz office couldn't have been nicer. I had paid for a full-size car, but they didn't have one available, so I had a free upgrade to an SUV.
