Everything was good except that the car shook on the highway. When I tried to exchange it there were no other similar cars available. No one offered to upgrade me. However they did offer a discount of $35 when I returned the car.2,0 Poor

Cons:
they called literally as we were on our way saying our rental was not available. they had no other options for us except a cargo van which obviously wouldnt work because we were driving this car two states away and needed an eco friendly car. they couldnt have called us ealier? i booked hertz because it's such a large company and they always have so many options within the city but they literally offered us no alternatives. awful!Enterprise Rent-A-Car

The car was dirty, missing a floor mat, missing plastic pieces inside. It had 35k miles on it, so I'm sure it's going to be taken out of the rental rotation soon.4,8 Mediocre

The attitude of the staff. Every single one was horrible to me and even have it recorded when they lied about the insurance. Manager was a complete hateful jerk and the lady that helped us first was so rude it was ridiculous.6,0 Okay

Cons:
Dealt with 2 representatives when picking up my car. First rep was very rude, un-accommodating and rather dismissive. It also would have been nice to know up front that if you are renting a car from out of state (which I would think is around 90% of renters) that you cannot use a debit card for the transaction. Renting a car has become equivalent to reading your cell phone bill with added charges for this and that. Frustrating experience, however the 2nd rep realized our frustration with the lack of up front information and the added charges the initial rep was trying to impose, and removed the frivolous charges. When did they start renting cars with only a 1/2 tank of gas? Overall less than impressed.2,0 Poor

I ASKED FOR A 7 SEAT VEHICLE AND WHEN I GOT THERE THEY GAVE ME ONE WITH 6 SEATS. I ASKED WHAT WAS NECESSARY TO ADD A DRIVER, THEY TOLD ME A DRIVER'S LICENSE AND 13.99 A DAY. WENT BACK TO PAY AND THEY SAID HE NEEDED DEBIT CARD AND THEY WERE CLOSING SO I WOULD HAVE TO GO TO THE AIRPORT, 20 MINUTE DRIVE, TO ADD DRIVER. VERY POOR INFORMATION AND SERVICE.5,2 Fair

Young gentleman who assisted me was so professional and helpful; he provided the ultimate customer experience.Cons:
Denver Airport Drop Off: Shorter wait time for the shuttle to the terminal could have been better. We waited about 20 minutes and people were getting very antsy. The shuttle was standing room only. Arrive super early for drop off to avoid stress.2,0 Poor
