Pros:
Justin was very courteous and provided options on the fly when a vehicle wasn’t returned. We ended up with a smaller vehicle, but ended up that we didn’t need the bigger one for our trip anyway. Ended up saving around $150 in the long run8,0 Very Good

Pros:
The associates were friendly and I received a call both during and after my rental asking about my experience (perhaps overkill, people are busy on vacation.) The car was clean and i was upgraded from a small car to a Jeep Patriot, which was nice.Cons:
Received the car with only a half tank of gas. Not a fan of that in any way, shape or form. Because of my upgraded car, I was practically forced into paying $25/day for BASIC insurance coverage, causing my total bill to increase by nearly $100 over what I was expecting to pay.7,6 Good

Pros:
Rented a Chrysler 200 for a week. Smooth ride, comfy seats, great gas mileage, but the styling on the car is poor. Small outside mirrors cut off view, blind spots in the car on both sides; center console design doesn't allow for full use without completely closing one side. The worst part is when I got the car I sat there for a minute trying to figure out how to put it in "drive." It has a little knob above the center console, which is silly when every car I've driven for decades has either a shifting mechanism or a shift on the steering wheel. Very awkward. The problem I had with Enterprise was returning the car. I mentioned to the staff I was returning on a Monday because they were closed on Sunday, but was told I could return Sunday by just leaving the keys in the dropbox. I left a note with the keys on Sunday, asking to have my receipt emailed and supplied my address. By 2pm on Monday I had no receipt so I called and asked for it. The receipt arrived several hours later as a mime document I was unable to open on my mobile device. I emailed back to request a PDFs or embedded email receipt and never received a reply. Wednesday I drove back to the rental facility to pick up the receipt in person. This is when I discovered I was being charged for an extra day. The manager told me they had no way of knowing whether I returned it as I said I had so needed to charge me as if I returned on Monday, per the original agreement. Fortunately, I had taken several time stamped photos and was refunded for the extra day but told the manager his employees needed to properly inform customers who choose to return on closed store days. In response to the lack of a second email receipt in PDF format, I was told the emails come from corporate so they have no control over their lack of responsiveness, Corporate? Overall, I like Enterprise and would rent again but specifically avoid the Chrysler 200. I later looked up owner satisfaction ratings on this car and it gets 2.5 stars from owners. 'Nuff said.Cons:
Car styling is full of blind spots and bad design decisions. It's as if engineers were told to think outside of the box so they made choices not based on safe driving design principles.10,0 Wonderful
