They absolutely failed in every way possible.Cons:
They did not call nor notify me of my reservation being cancelled by them. When I called after waiting an hour for the shuttle service, they person said they overbooked and there weren’t any shuttles because they didn’t have any cars to rent. No one bothered to call me and I found out after over an hour waiting. I had to book with another last minute reservation with a car rental company. It was much more than I had planned with the cost at AVR.4,0 Mediocre

The only positive I can find was the price & the guy at the desk was friendly.Cons:
One good piece of info to know is they do not open until 8am. So if you arrive earlier than that you will be waiting. It was very frustrating to wait 45 min for the shuttle driver for AVR. Apparently they only had 1 driver He picked up from one terminal but did not com around to my terminal until 8:45. I rented an SUV & was provided one. However the 1st on I got was very beat up on the outside, on the inside it was dirty, smelled like cigarettes, the steering was loud & pulling. I drove about a mile & brought it back. The 2nd car was almost as bad. It had not been cleaned either inside or out & was beat up really bad with lots of dings & scrapes. It also had a lingering smell of marijuana. Very disappointing but when I looked back at the row of cars it did not seem like I would get anything better so I took it and sanitized it myself. It has not been vacuumed or wiped. I felt like I had borrowed a friends old beat up car instead of paying for a rental. Very disappointing & frustrating. My flight left very early in the morning before they open. So, I was told to drop off my vehicle at another lot then call & leave a message stating where I parked it in the lot. They charge an extra $20 fee for this.3 locations in Brighton

They were by far the least expensive in the area.Cons:
Rude customer service. I talked to someone twice about them picking me up from my house or so I thought. When they never showed up I called and they blamed me for the miscommunication and then I had to wait for them to come get me. I was late to work.Car was given to me with a tire that needed replaced, tpms light was on when I picked it up. They told me sometimes it was due to the cold and I could take it to a tire repair shop. I took off work early and spent 4 hours to be told they didnt have the tire. Enterprise said I could switch out the car, yet when I showed up to do so they were rude about how I didnt make the reservation to switch. I had no clue. Only car they had was a minivan which was whatever but it used way more gas and I commute to work. And it was hard to drive as I have an injured shoulder. Other branches may be better but the Grant location was not good.8,0 Very Good

Cons:
Mostly had a good experience. The only issue I had with it was the rental place was closed at 6pm. My flight got delayed that day so I landed after 6pm. Since the store was closed, I had to rebook my hotel so that I could more conveniently pick up the car the next day. That move cost me an extra $100. So while I don't blame the rental shop for that, I was annoyed that there was no alternate way to pick up my car that same night.5,2 Fair

Nothing but the comfort of the center itself. No car, no help on the labor day weekend. Kayak doesn't tell you it books cars at places other than where you have requested. I asked for cars at the airport and that is not where the car was set up for. When the car was not at the airport, Enterprise did not, "pick me up."Cons:

I will be talking with the Attorney General and anyone who has had a similar experience I would suggest you do the same.One location in Brighton
