The interior was clean, but the van was an absolute disaster. Every panel on the van was damaged and the windshield was cracked across its entire span. Once we got up to about 60 MPH, the van began to shake violently. I'm assuming the tires were out of balance or alignment, but it was a serious safety risk, especially since I rented the van to drive into the mountains to ski for the weekend. AVR did drive out to replace the van at no cost, but the replacement also had terrible brakes that caused the vehicle the shake violently with mild to moderate braking. Again, the van was rented to drive into the mountains to ski, so there are many many times that moderate to hard braking is required when driving down steep grades in heavy traffic. AVR should be ashamed of the product they are willing to put out. It is just a matter of time before someone is seriously injured due to their complete lack of quality control.

Only 1 van to pick you up from the airport and took almost 30 min to get picked up and this only after calling them. While waiting, saw other car rental buses go around at least 3 times picking up people from the airport. Rental cars in the lot were old and the van I rented already had 78000 miles on the odometer. Car was filthy with other peoples trash in it including an old Starbucks cup and cheerios strewn about on the floor. Car already had 2 areas or cracked windshield chips and numerous amount of bumps and scratches around the car. Terrible agency and not worth saving the extra $10. Would rent from another well established car rental agency.

Never answered the phone to pick us up from the airport, we had to rent a car upon arrival from a different company.

This has been the worst experience renting a car and will never use this company again in the future. The first car they tried to give me had no windshield washer fluid, and here we are in Denver CO during the winter - One thing that I'm sure I would needed, and did. They offered to allow me to go and buy my own washer fluid since they didn't have any on hand and submit for reimbursement. The second car was a Mitsubishi Outlander that had damage around the car, it appeared that someone had tried to pry open the passenger door. Returning the vehicle was total chaos – you take the car to another companies parking lot and call them with the row and spot number, but when we arrived, 3:30 am to catch our flight the gentlemen advised us to park it over in this section, yet there was no parking space number or row number. We call and left a message describing the location to make sure there wasn’t an issue. I even called when I got home and sent them an email with a Google Map overview marked where the car was, but still a day later, they haven’t closed out my account/rental.

The staff were very nice. The first car they prepared for us was very dirty inside, old stains even on the door panels, headrests were totally missing. I insisted on a different vehicle and they did comply. Second SUV was cleaner but rear storage not clean. Difficult in the Winter and I understand that most renters are very careless but do expect a minimally clean car. Otherwise ok.

First of all there were hidden fees. During online reservation I have provided pick up and drop off time, and at the facility I have been told they are not open at 5am, so I needed to drop off the car at the parking lot, and was charged additional $20. Today I have received final statement, which happened to be almost $50 higher than the one I have signed during the rental. This is not the first time rental company is trying to overcharge me, so I took the picture of the original contract, and currently I am waiting for their's response. What I'm trying to say is that everyone should double check the signed documents during the rental procedure and keep the signed documents for further use.

the car was dirty on the exterior and had trash from a previous renter inside the car (a clear indication it wasn't cleaned before hand). the air in the car also didn't work properly. lastly, the man who picked and dropped us off from the airport to the hotel (there & back) was f*cking rude- even rolled his eyes and gave me a dirty look. it was a disappointment but we tried not to let it ruin our trip.

Oh I think it’s bad that you all don’t fill up the tank all the way before giving people the van. Puts a strain on renters to go fill up gas once they get the van

Worst car rental experience I've hadThey were by far the least expensive in the area.Rude customer service. I talked to someone twice about them picking me up from my house or so I thought. When they never showed up I called and they blamed me for the miscommunication and then I had to wait for them to come get me. I was late to work.Car was given to me with a tire that needed replaced, tpms light was on when I picked it up. They told me sometimes it was due to the cold and I could take it to a tire repair shop. I took off work early and spent 4 hours to be told they didnt have the tire. Enterprise said I could switch out the car, yet when I showed up to do so they were rude about how I didnt make the reservation to switch. I had no clue. Only car they had was a minivan which was whatever but it used way more gas and I commute to work. And it was hard to drive as I have an injured shoulder. Other branches may be better but the Grant location was not good.

Mostly had a good experience. The only issue I had with it was the rental place was closed at 6pm. My flight got delayed that day so I landed after 6pm. Since the store was closed, I had to rebook my hotel so that I could more conveniently pick up the car the next day. That move cost me an extra $100. So while I don't blame the rental shop for that, I was annoyed that there was no alternate way to pick up my car that same night.

Showed up for car didn't have anyNothing but the comfort of the center itself. No car, no help on the labor day weekend. Kayak doesn't tell you it books cars at places other than where you have requested. I asked for cars at the airport and that is not where the car was set up for. Nice tour of all Enterprise facilities in Denver mThe place we actually ended up renting the car from was our 4th Enterprise that we went to. Ended up being told by them in true rental car dealership fashion that they didn't have the compact we had actually rented, but they would give us a minivan "upgrade." By that time, we said absolutely not, and ended up with a Jeep Compass instead. Ok car, very clean and comfortable, but be aware that it is a heavy 4 cylinder car so don't expect much performance in merging.Kayak bills this Enterprise as being "Denver Airport." It is hell and gone from DIA (like in Aurora, so enjoy the taxi/Uber fare you can add to the cost of your trip, negating almost any value in actually booking through Kayak. After waiting hours because the actual dealership has a tiny fleet and seems chronically sold out (where they will offer to send you BACK to DIA and honor the Kayak price - now double can/uber fare), you'll realize it is actually just the same value and far less headache to rent directly instead of going through Kayak.
