The car was upgraded to a bigger and nicer car

Cons:

Although the car appeared that it was cleaned prior to pickup, the interior had a very intense smell of marijuana. It faded over time, but I could sense it the entire two weeks of rental period

Staff at Enterprise was fine

Cons:

Car was dirty inside and out. Not a good situation in a pandemic. Passenger seat would not recline. Stuck in the upright position. I understand we’re in a pandemic everybody is stretched to the limits however I could’ve paid $10 more and gotten a clean car with functioning seats. Would appreciate a partial credit for my trouble. Disappointing.

We rented a vehicle that wasn’t available as promised so had to settle for something else. The van was extremely dirty and not sanitized The driver side window didn’t work

I received a call from the Romeoville Budget location an hour before I was to pick up the rental, telling me they had no cars and I would have to call Budget to find another location. It was a mess and not appreciated. When I was able to speak with someone, who didn't hang up on me, they sent me to another location. The second location didn't have the model I had reserved, so I had to pay $10/day extra. I'm not sure whose service I won't be using - Kayak for booking or Budget for poor customer service.
