I request I truck they just have one to rent and even I ordered in advance they give to the person who was right before me. So frustrating since I have to be waiting outside for 40 minutes which is understandable but I was so frustrated that they don’t say nothing until that moment of the ranting and also no more options of that type of vehicle nowhere else.Cons:

On the pickup date they had me waiting for the car and wen they finally had it the told me it needed an oil change and if I wanted the car right away I would have to take the car myself to do the oil change, otherwise I had to wait longer. The car was not even vacuumed or washed wen i got it. Also wen i got to my destination I noticed that the plate sticker was expired. When I told them about it they told me I could have driven it like that and if I have gotten a ticket they would have paid for it.2,0 Poor

The pick up was close by but I didnt realize it would not be at the airport. The sign is super small and if your not looking for it you would miss the pick up spot. Our group waited over 30 minutes before they finally picked us up.6,8 Okay

The car’s front end rattled the whole time. Alignment was off pulling to the right. Drivers door made a rattle like a can of beans the whole time we drove over 60mph. The car was dirty when we received it and had over 10 chips in the windshield. Worst rental I’ve ever had.2,4 Poor

One lady was super helpful and nice, the rest of the staff I interacted with seemed like they hated everything. The second van I received was in excellent condition on the inside, though dented on the outside.Cons:
Ended up being about 25% more than the quoted reservation cost with no explanation given. Inconvenient pickup/drop off location, at least for transit/walking. Took a very long time to pickup and drop off despite being the only customer there. First van they were going to give me was FULL of trash in the back. Second one was fine. Otherwise rude staff. put a huge hold on your card, mileage limit for IL residents - they do tell you this upfront when you’re there but it’s a bit sneaky if you’re reserving through a third party site like this. Some other stuff I can’t even think of right now cuz I’m trying to push the whole ordeal out of my head. It was pretty darn cheap though.2,0 Poor

We thought we were getting a great deal on a car rental for two weeks. When we arrived at the business to pick up our car, we were charged over $120 more than our initial payment. The reason was (at first) that they had to come and pick us up from the airport. When we pressed into why, the next reason they gave us was because we should have reserved the car through a third party like Expedia. Which we did-through Kayak. The NEXT reason they gave us for charging us so much more was that we came through the airport. Which made zero sense because that's where I filled all the information out at the time of making the reservation. We then asked to see the manager and someone else came out to talk to us. When we asked the woman if she was the manager she said, "well, kind of, but not really, I just help the manager." We then asked again to see the manager. She went back to get him and came back to us and said the manager refused to see us and would not come out front. We then cancelled our reservation. As we were trying to find an Uber to get to another car rental location, another customer was going through the same run around and was being charged over $100 than what all her paperwork said. We call this unethical and bad business and will never recommend this company.Avis

The counter clerk was helpful in getting us a car when there were no compact car on the lot but we had to pay more because it was an SUV. Woman who cleans the cars was also very friendly.Cons:
When we arrived to pick up the car there was no compact cars available and they could not promise when one would come in. They also said there were a lot of other compact reservations ahead of us so they may never have one available. We had to get up to Wisconsin for a show so we could not wait all day. I booked this thinking I was going to have to only pay the $216.44 and ended up having to pay $276.38. Our original transportation for our trip fell through so we had to rent a car last minute. I often use Kayak for airline tickets and thought I would try you for a rental car. I searched for the best price and convenient location and was happy until this fiasco...2,0 Poor

The individuals at the location were very helpful and thorough throughout the pickup and dropoffs, with clear details about the rental. They were even nice enough to let me leave again to fill up the cars tank after I had forgotten to do so prior to dropoff. Nice individuals!Cons:
