The staff did not honor my reservation. Ruining my trip, they waited until pickup time to let me know that they had no cars available and that if a car were to become available that they would not honor my booking price.2,0 Poor

Cons:
The car was not ready when I arrived to pick it up. I really dislike getting a car that doesn't have a full tank of gas and being tol to bring it back with the same amount of gas.
