They were very quick at pickup so I didn't have to spend too much time waiting for a car.Cons:
Hidden fees. My pickup and drop off times were 5pm. The store charged me for an extra hour when I arrived at 4:35pm. I returned the car in- store a few minutes before 5pm but I was charged an hour late fee even though the store closes at 5?8,0 Very Good

After picking up the vehicle I found that it was not thoroughly cleaned which means it probably was not sanitized. There was food in the back floorboard, change in the cup holder, and other people's masks under the seats2,0 Poor

Drop off parking lot was not well marked for specific rental company. The lot was exposed to bad weather and was icy when I arrived. The walk to the main entrance was challenging.10,0 Wonderful

The stag at the desk was extremely helpful and the work space was clean and tidy.Cons:
You need to accept Debit Cards for payment. Being financially responsible and not putting things on Credit should not hinder a person from renting a car. They wouldn’t allow me to use a family members card either because it wasn’t mine or my husbands. I won’t be using Alamo until this is resolved.6,0 Okay

Pros:
They overbooked and instead of the car I reserved, I had to drive three kids and all our luggage out of state in a truck. They did comp our gas and give us a discount which was nice of them and I was thankful for the 4 wheel drive once it snowed. I think better inventory checking is needed though.2,0 Poor

Pros:
I had to wait in line for awhile to get my rental car. I really did not think my wait was unacceptable as I could see the service rep was just very busy helping others ahead of me in line. Anyway, she gave me an upgrade in my vehicle due to the time I had to wait. Very considerate, will make me choose Alamo again in the future.National
