Tires were not inflated, staff dis not check state of the rental with me before leaving lot, and vehicle was not similar to that which i chose (i chose a kia soul or similar and received a nissan frontier pickup truck)7,6 Good

When you get the gas option where they fill up the car, you are required to pay for a full take, even though you only use half or less. A rip off.8,0 Very Good

Car was ready for pick up in State College and drop off was easy in KentuckyCons:
The mileage must have been logged incorrectly at the pick up location because at drop off, it said we had driven over 5,000 miles! Good think we got unlimited miles with the rental!2,0 Poor

I showed up for my reservation and they didnt have a car for me.... worse, they couldn't issue a refund at the desk. Instead, I had to call Hertz corporate, which was a nightmare.4,0 Mediocre

The car was not ready when we showed up, and the car was a smaller size than what we reserved. It was a one-way rental, and I was told at my destination that they had never seen a contract like the one I had been issued. It took 24 hours to resolve it.Budget
