Pros:He said sorry for the Extremely long wait, he was doing the best he could, said computer broke. Don't know why he was the only one there with a broken computer???
Cons:The wait to get the car could have been much faster if their computer had not broken down. It was a VERY long wait and only 1 person was handling all of the people especially it being a Saturday! Car had scratches it was ME to want a walk around and request a paper listing all previous scratches
Cons:I received a call a couple hours before the rental was set to begin (Avis, Sunny Isles Beach) that they didnt have the car and hoped it would be ready an hour after the scheduled rental time but they didnt know for sure. Upon further inquiry they informed me that they had no cars at all and didnt know when any of them would be back/available. Obviously this type of audible doesnt work well when you have to check out, hit the road, and have a one year old and six year old in tow. Literally the only information they could give me was an apology. I never did receive a call from them when the car did come in...maybe it never came(?) (Luckily, I called Hertz [collins ave., Sunny Isles Beach] and they had the car for me within 20 minutes of my call, which I had in my possession five minutes after getting to Hertz.
Cons:They tried to oversell, they told me I need to get bigger car. Tried to return the car earlier they wouldn't let me get credit for it. Also added the automatic gad filled that is a ripoff.
Cons:Different kind of car, extra values without explanations a week later, scratched car too high for a pregnant woman, bad service at the pick-up car place.
Cons:There were not enough Avis personnel to efficiently check-in our car when we were returning it.
Pros:The convenience of the store
Cons:No body told me the store was closing at noon I arrived 5 min late and It was closed, had to drive al the way to MIA and I was finned by the company. The car I received was not the one I signed up for, I reserved a focus and receive ed a fiesta. The car was dirty and smell like cigarette
Pros:Staff was exceptionally rude. Our reservation was for 12pm but the manager was closing early that day. He told us to wait out front while he went inside to check on our reservation. Then he locked the door behind him, turned out the lights and left through a back entrance! Terrible!!! (So terrible, it was Hilarious!) But really, how could he behave so unprofessionally? He just left us out there. Would it have been so hard to say “sorry we have to close early today I can’t help you?”
Cons:He could have not left us standing outside and not locked the door and not snuck out the back door and not lied to us. He could have honored our contract with Hertz and delivered our car.
Pros:Nothing. It was the worst rental Experience I ever had.
Cons:I had a reservation for noon and I called and asked are they strict on the time for appointments because I was at work and couldn’t make noon and I would be there on my lunch break between 2-3, they young lady said no. I get there to pick up my rental and they rented the car I reserved. Next they tell me they “upgraded” be to an SUV which is not what I wanted. The car also wasn’t ready so I have to wait about 20-30 minutes. I also changed the time I was going to keep the rental and they end up charging me more because it’s spring break. I get that part but I live locally and already suffering from having been in a car accident so I felt the up charge was ridiculous. I drove the vehicle less than a mile back to work. I drove less than one mile home that night and had a flat tire the next day. I’m told I’m responsible for the tire. The Hertz office did take care of it but eventually said it was a nail in the tire. I find it hard to believe after such a horrible experience that that was the case. I believe the air pressure in the tires was low because they rushed to get it ready. And I would have never been in this situation had they not rented out my car I reserved. Either way, I was already majorly inconvenienced by having to rent a car in the first place and make arrangements via Uber and rearrange my work schedule and the entire experience was awful. I will never use Hertz ever again nor will I recommend via word of mouth.

Pros:The staff offre the agence for the pick up at hertz sully qiles beach was totaly incompétent and dihonest.
Cons:I booked a convertible car ,it was confirmed by hertz ,i did 30 miles to go to pick-up the car booked and when i arrived the Guy from the agency said me :sorry we don t have the car , perhaps a problem in the hertz software. He gave me an anoy
Cons:Luckily, I called to confirm. At which point they informed me they had changed the location of my pick up (without informing me) and also that there was no car available but they would contact me when I could come pick up my car. I never got a call. Never got a car. Terrible service.
Cons:Not only they didn’t have the car I rented, they didn’t have any car and offer no solution. I had to walk away with no car in an Uber

Cons:I don't like the fact that when I made a reservation I didn't see the final price. When I gave the car back it was about 40 dollars more because of the tax and additional surcharge. I do not understand why the system can't show me the final price with taxes and etc when I book? Because of this I won't book the car here again as I will never know the final price.
