Staff was very friendly and had the car ready. I always rent with them and if by any chance they don't have the type of car you booked, they give you an upgrade at no cost.

Routes left me stranded at Aguadilla airport They never delivered my rental car or answered the phone. Because of their complete irresponsibility, incompetence, & negligence i ended up having to pay $100 to a taxi cab to get ti my final destination Next morning when I finally contacted someone, he was arrogant & no help at all. The ineptitude of your Company & your employees left a total sour experience Would never use you or referer to any person i know. Eva Crespo, ( a customer you lost forever)

The first car I had to return it because they gave it to me with a bad axle. The second car was great but not clean. I cleaned it inside and out before returning it back to routes.

We enjoyed having the Routes rental car center so close to the airport that you could almost walk there, which we almost did. We watched Routes shuttle bus past completely by the pickup location and never stopped to pick us up. We then tried calling Routers car rental for 30 minutes and never got through. Dollar rental was wonderful and gave us personally a ride to the Routes car rental location. Once we arrived at Routes car rental we received our clean new car and all worked out fine for the next 10 days.

I have never been to a rental car company with so many add on prices above the listed price online. Literally had to pay an extra 10-20% in air freshener, “light” cleaning fees, pick up fees, etc. the car had dents and numerous small bits of damage on seats, floor boards, etc and we had to worry they would charge us for these once we saw them in the light of day during the trip. They signed when we returned the vehicle that we’d get our 250$ deposit back…..still no deposit returned. And now I have to file a complaint with our credit card company. I’ve traveled the world and been to 100’s of rental car places. Will never forget routes. That place is gnar gnar and you will NOT be saving money by traveling into the abyss.

This place is a scam - hidden fees and a deposit required that are both not listed in the advertised price. Shame on kayak/Priceline, and allied, for the deceptive pricing.
