The staff called me just a few hours before my rental to inform me that they had no vehicles available except for one van I asked if they could give me the Vin for the price of my reservation and they said no so I was unable to get to the places I needed to this weekend with my family.Cons:
They shouldn’t have had vehicles available on their website if they weren’t really available. And if they are going to cancel someone’s reservation they should at least first offer the vehicle that you have for the same price of the reservation10,0 Wonderful
