That I booked a truck and it would be ready for pick up.Cons:
The customer service at the rental place could of been a lot better. Having a truck available would of definitely been a plus. Not being frowned upon fir using a third party agency to book what should of been my rental. Having the truck I reserved or anything to accommodate the size of the vehicle I rented. Again the customer service sucked.8,0 Very Good

Terrible car condition. Back bumper was totally split from car. It was hanging of and flapping in the wind. Not good for safety, noise, or efficiency.3,6 Poor

Picking the car and reservation was easy and the customer service woman was awesome, if I had warning on the deposit this would have been an amazing experienceCons:
There was lack of information online about there being a double your cost deposit so I went unprepared and I live 30 min from the nearest pick up. If it would have been posted online that you'll need double your total in a deposit I would have gotten things prepared with my credit card. Ended up not getting the rental and cancelling plans to see family I haven't seen in 7 years.10,0 Wonderful

Pros:
The vehicle was not cleaned inside or out. It had a very strong smell of cigarette smoke inside. The staff was not helpful at all and said that no other vehicle was available. I should have canceled and requested a refund!!Cons:
The paperwork clearly stated the vehicle was a no smoking vehicle AND that there is a $400 cleaning fee! I'd like to know if these clowns charged that to the previous renters!4,0 Mediocre

It was a surprise that on top of the payment I owed $80 in taxes. This negated the benefit of this transaction vs other reservations. Then, my flight arrived at 9PM. Hertz was closed. I could not get a rental car for one night as none were available so I had to Uber for $60 more. So not reserving here next time.10,0 Wonderful

Cons:
Make sure you have a major credit card to put a $200 hold after you already paid for it online. Didnt tell me that and I got dropped off at the airport to pick up the vehicle. Stranded.7,6 Good

Clean, nice car. Polite service. Car had a good phone connection and android app.Cons:
Thought I was getting a Toyota, but got a Kia Soul. Car had slow pick up to speed, which was a bit scary when entering the freeway, until I got used to it and could anticipate and adjust for the slowness.Thrifty
