Excellent riverside location, close to town centre. Secure free parking in adjacent lot. Patio bar plus indoor and conservatory restaurants. Dinner was delicious and of gourmet quality. Service attentive but relaxed. Hotel was pretty, nicely presented and very clean.
Our three-bedded room proved to be exceedingly small, with virtually no floor space between beds.
The room was extremely small. The room for 3 persons looked like a double-bed room with an additional bed. We couldn't even place any one piece of our luggage flat on the floor to pack and unpack. When one person move around, the others had to stay in their bed. We paid by Euro and the small change was in Czech crowns, the hotel staff offered a rate much lower exchange rate for the change (other hotels used 1 Euro=CZK 25 or above but this hotel used 1 Euro=CZK 22. The change involved a very small sum of money but it made us feel that the hotel staff was not honest enough.
The location is very good - close to the city centre.
We stayed on Friday and Sat. Friday was pretty noisy because the restaraunt opened til late and when people left they made noises. Sat was better.
The room was new and very clean. It is as close to the main tourist venues as it can get. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and spoke excellent english and german. Enclosed parking spots nearby free of charge.
The room heating was turned off, and hours after being turned on the room was still very cold. Despite having asked for a double room, we had two single beds put together, which is very uncomfortable.
Confortibility, staff didn't disturb us, We could have dinner and breakfest in it. We could stay there till xmas-day though the Hotel was already closed than.
The street-noice disturbed us a little bit - but it was on our sensibility
