The resort was pretty
I did not have air conditioning for my entire 4 day 3 night stay and management didn't even bother to help or solve the issue I had to go to the front office to get anything done. So when you are face to face then they want to fix the issue. I spent half of my vacation in my room waiting on them to come fix the air for them not to even show up.

Staff really helpful. Big and comfortable apartment (we booked a villa). Great property.
Pools are really small for a resort (4 of them but you can't really swim)!!! Apartments with not a lot of natural light. Few inconvenients during our 3 days stay (that management solved): washer and heating system not properly working. Felt like home but not like vacation.
