Cons. Access to the car park. It's almost impossible to find the access route, because the hotel in located in a zone trying to reject cars.
Pros. The staff are really great, it's in a great location for shopping, clean and comfortable. Will stay again!! .
Pros. Central location, nice inside with some welcoming features. Room service breakfast was worth the tray charge.
Cons. Room was small, kind of what I'd expect in central London, with nowhere to put our trays for the breakfast in the room.
