Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, often mentioning its proximity to the city center and beautiful views. However, many reviews expressed disappointment with the overall cleanliness, outdated facilities, and poor maintenance throughout the hotel. Several guests also noted issues with service, describing staff as unhelpful or inattentive at times. Amenities such as the pool, parking, and in-room features were frequently criticized for being in poor condition or not as advertised. Despite these drawbacks, a few guests appreciated the spaciousness of some rooms and the value for price.
