Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, describing it as convenient, beautiful, and close to key attractions. Many also highlighted the friendly and attentive service from the staff. However, several reviews mentioned issues with the bathrooms, such as poor maintenance and lack of amenities, as well as problems with the elevators being small, slow, or in need of repair. Cleanliness received mixed feedback, with some positive remarks but also suggestions for improvement. Overall, the positives of location and service outweighed the negatives for most guests.AI-generated from customer reviews
