Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praise the hotel's beautiful location, often highlighting its setting in a park or by a lake, and its proximity to the city center. The service is frequently described as friendly, attentive, and professional, with several guests noting positive experiences with staff across reception, restaurant, and spa. Breakfast is consistently mentioned as a highlight, with guests appreciating both the quality and variety. However, some reviews mention areas needing renovation, particularly in wellness and pool facilities, and a few note issues with cleanliness and safety, especially in older or less maintained areas. Overall, the positives regarding location, service, and breakfast strongly outweigh the negatives.
