Guests appreciated the hotel's convenient location and generally helpful staff. Some found the rooms clean and the price reasonable, with positive mentions of breakfast and parking. However, there were repeated complaints about uncomfortable beds, inconsistent cleanliness, unreliable WiFi, and occasional noise issues. Service was mixed, with some staff described as friendly and others as unhelpful. Overall, the hotel is considered a basic but acceptable choice for short stays, especially given its location and value.
