Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, making it convenient for train travelers and city explorers alike. The service was frequently described as friendly and helpful, with several mentions of attentive staff at reception. Cleanliness and comfort, especially of the rooms and beds, were highlighted as positives. However, many guests found the noise level from the street and surrounding area to be a significant issue, impacting sleep quality for some. Overall, the hotel offers good value, especially for its location and service, but soundproofing could be improved.
