Pros (+) Really high-end luxury feel for not a lot of money. The breakfast (included) is excellent as well. Location is top-notch if you are into great food/beer/coffee etc... Be sure to check out Abasto, and Libertario!
Cons (-) Apparently Uber is illegal in Bogota, and I think Hotel-sponsored transportation is a grey area... we got pulled over on our way back to the airport with the driver the hotel got for us. So maybe just call a cab if you need to go farther than a mile or so!
