Guests highlighted the spacious rooms, convenient location, and pleasant pool as positives. However, several reviews mentioned issues with cleanliness, including mold and worn furniture, and some guests experienced poor service or maintenance problems. While many found the staff friendly and helpful, there were also complaints about unprofessional behavior and lack of responsiveness. Overall, the hotel is appreciated for its size, amenities, and location, but could improve on cleanliness and service consistency.
