Summary of reviews
Guests say
Most guests were dissatisfied with their stay, citing issues such as poor cleanliness, unhelpful or rude staff, maintenance problems, and lack of amenities. Several reviews mention dirty rooms, malfunctioning air conditioning, pests, broken elevators, and inadequate gym facilities. However, a few guests appreciated the hotel's location, found some staff members friendly and helpful, and enjoyed amenities like the pool and tiki bar. Overall, negative experiences outweighed the positives, but the central location and occasional good service were noted.AI-generated from customer reviews
