Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's location, especially its proximity to the beach and local attractions. Some reviewers mentioned friendly and attentive staff, but many others criticized the service, particularly at reception, describing it as slow or unhelpful. Cleanliness was a recurring concern, with several guests noting outdated or dirty rooms and facilities. Opinions on breakfast and food were mixed, with some positive remarks about variety and quality, but others found it lacking. Bed comfort was also a common issue, with multiple guests reporting uncomfortable or old mattresses. Overall, while the location stands out as a highlight, improvements are needed in service, cleanliness, and comfort.
