The hotel is lovely - breakfast was served outside in an area surrounded by some lovely flowers and shrubs. Breakfast was ample - lots of fresh seasonal fruits, yoghurts, bread, croissants, preserves, cheese, and on one day some hard boiled eggs. Fab pizzeria 50 metres from the hotel which was useful as the hotel restaurant did not open all week.
Yes - beware when buying drinks from the hotel bar. Very expensive - and the barman added 8 euros onto our bar bill (one round of drinks) one evening 'for service' I wouldn't recommend using the bar - the pizzeria has a lovely bar area, and is half the price of the hotel bar.
