Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests praised the hotel's excellent central location, making it easy to explore Bern and nearby attractions. While some appreciated the breakfast and found the staff friendly and helpful, others felt the service was just average. Cleanliness received mixed feedback, with some rooms described as very clean and others noted as dusty or not well maintained. Room sizes were often mentioned as small or cramped, and several guests found the lack of air conditioning and elevators inconvenient, especially during hot weather or for those with mobility issues. Overall, the hotel is valued for its location, but there is room for improvement in amenities and comfort.
