Pros (+) Like the interior design of the common areas, especially the yard where breakfast is served. It is also a relatively quite place and you can work on your laptop in the yard. The staff members are also very helpful.
Cons (-) The bathroom and the shower place is old and small; The glass doors are also difficult to close. In addition, there is no closet space to hang and store your clothes. Moreover, there is no night stand nor convenient way to turn off the lights.

Pros (+) We enjoyed staying in one of the traditional hutongs near the center of the city best of all. It was a great location for launching into our daytime activities and evening walks. The staff were exceedingly responsive and very courteous.
Cons (-) We would have preferred to not have been in the basement and believe that should have been disclosed before we booked the room. If it was disclosed, it wasn't obvious to me.
