Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly appreciate the hotel's excellent location near Batu Caves and nearby restaurants, making it ideal for temple visitors. However, many reviews highlight significant cleanliness issues, with multiple mentions of dirty rooms and unpleasant odors. Service is also a major concern, as guests report rude or unhelpful staff, booking problems, and poor handling of reservations. While a few guests found the rooms clean and the value good, the overall experience is marred by cleanliness and service shortcomings.
