very friendly staff. excellent facilities. fast and stable wifi. Coffee / tea making kettle although not replenished during the stay of 5 days. Comfortable bed and sleeping experience. I advice a room in the back, the street side can be noisy with traffic.
I was overall very satisfied with this hotel so it´s hard to say. I would offer a simple fruit in the reception. Price of breakfast seems too high. The electricity was cut for about 2 hours in the hotel - we could have been offered a beer or coffee.

Friendly stuff, location is fine for those who travel with train and/or go to the airport (Sants station 10 mins away) Rooms are clean and nice. Breakfast is very tasty and plentiful.
The sounds isolation is not very efficient, we were woken up in the morning by continuous sounds of door closures of the other rooms in our floor. There is no free water in the room...wow, 4 stars hotel, really? The breakfast is super nice, but pastries and sweet stuff is not the strongest point of NH hotel.
