Pros (+) The room was nice
Cons (-) The staff at check in was very rude and could not find my reservation. Then start making demands without and explanation and kept me there waiting when I told them that this is not how they treat customers. Finding my room was also very difficult. We found a cockroach and the soap dispense fell off when we took a shower
