The staff was very helpful and friendly with knowledge of the area and suggestions for dinner and activities. We enjoyed the fresh baked cookies and several happy hours and the outdoor gas fireplace! The front desk staff was exceptional. The common areas were very comfortable and our week stay was wonderful. We mentioned once that it would be nice to have a hook on the back of the bathroom door and by the end of the day both rooms had a hook!
Daily housekeeping was hit and miss. We asked several days for an extra washcloth but never had two and our in room coffee wasn’t replenished consistently. Bathroom in our room wasn’t cleaned regularly .
It was beautiful
Great location! Excellent property.
Location was great, easy to Acadia Park, quick 3 min walk to center of town
Breakfast was sufficient, but could have been better.
The staff was great. The breakfast in the morning was delicious, and something new everyday.
The room size and the bed. The bathroom was very tiny. and the room was tiny also, almost smaller than a cruise ship room. And the bed had great linens, but itself was not very comfortable
