Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location and the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, with several highlighting positive experiences at the front desk. However, many reviews noted issues with cleanliness, such as dirty rooms, old carpeting, and maintenance problems. Breakfast was a common disappointment, with guests unhappy about the quality and the fact that it was not included in the price. Some guests also mentioned that the rooms were spacious and comfortable, but the overall need for updates and better cleaning was a recurring theme.AI-generated from customer reviews
