Cons (-) Poor customer service, hotel.com and hotel website advertises "free airport shuttle" but when you call at 10pm or on a weekend to request your "free airport shuttle" they tell you that they only have it from 9-9 and only on weekdays. So whatever you were going to save on hotel price, you have to pay it on Uber or a taxi....FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!!!!! and staff instead of helping you they rather cance...
