Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's prime location and the friendliness of the staff, with many noting exceptional hospitality and welcoming gestures. Several reviews highlight the quality of the breakfast and the comfort of the rooms. However, noise disturbances from the rooftop, other rooms, and maintenance work are a recurring complaint, making restful sleep difficult for some. Service is generally described as warm but sometimes chaotic or inexperienced, with occasional issues regarding professionalism and communication. Cleanliness receives mixed feedback, with some guests finding rooms and common areas not up to expected standards. Overall, while the location and staff are standout positives, improvements in noise insulation, service training, and cleanliness could enhance the guest experience.
