Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests praised the hotel's exceptional location within the citadel, its historic charm, and the spacious, clean rooms. The unique atmosphere and beautiful building were frequently highlighted. However, many reviews mentioned that breakfast was below expectations for a five-star hotel, with limited options and quality. Service was generally described as adequate but not outstanding, with some guests experiencing minimal staff engagement or language barriers. Air conditioning and room temperature were recurring issues, especially during hot weather. Despite these drawbacks, the overall impression was positive, especially regarding the hotel's setting and ambiance.
