7,9 Good
Pros: Breakfast,clenliness in the room,modern design,great gym
Cons: Due to location next to the port, rooms with sea view have limited vie to the sea,but to the port/parking.Very loud at the parking
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Nice hotel with good location.. Housekeeping service was excellent! Thanks for them sooo much!
Cons: Very few staff speak English. It is a little problem. The pool is not so big, that is why it is so overcrowded. And transfers from the hotel to the beach were always full. Get ready to get taxi or local bus.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: I liked pretty much everyghint. For me, there were too many kids but it's a family resort.
Cons: Was way too many kids, no adult area, the rest was great
4,0 Okay
Cons: The supposed "sea view room" was a parking lot view. The ambition for international standards ends up in complacency and haughtiness. A card board in the room says " Smile and the word will be brighter" unfortunately nobody from the management and consequently the staff, bothered to take the advice
7,1 Good
Pros: View from the balcony, location.
Cons: Location is generally good, except that you need to take a bus to the beach, which is sunny weather is a challenge due to too many bus takers. I paid for the breakfast separately, it was expensive and not a good value for money. Too much bureaucracy with registering second tenant, which you never experience in Europe.

7,5 Good
Pros: the russia people generaly are freindly and kind, the most of them they can't speak english very well but it was clean, good price, and nice pool
Cons: just a far away from almost everything, you most order taxi
9,2 Excellent
Pros: We had a superior studio, great value for money. Very wide choice at breakfast. Good food, good bar with fair prices. Clean room.
Cons: English skills of the personal should improve. Personal was helpful and kind, but they were not able to answer more than standard questions. But I think this is a general problem in most hotels in Russia. Some of the food offered at breakfast should be warm, but all of it was cold. Dinner only from 6 to 8pm, in my opinion closing dinner at 8pm is too early if you want to have a long active day and return late to hotel.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Menus and staff able to speak English.
Cons: Breakfast directions were all in Russian. Should be in both Russian and English.

Pros: Great value for money!
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Very nice apartment and good price, close to the beach and restaurants
Cons: Staff wasn’t friendly at all. Receptionist didn’t even greet us. When we said “good afternoon”, he didn’t answer. During our check-in he didn’t smile, didn’t even look at us.. he was just chewing his gum, which I think is a bit unacceptable in front of the guests. I showed him the confirmation of booking in English, he answered: “what is that?”. He asked for a booking confirmation number. When I showed him the number, again, he said that it’s not a correct one. I explained, that it is 100% correct. When he checked it, he realized that, yes, it was correct. He even didn’t apologise. I felt like I was the stupid one. So yes, I can rate staff and service with only 1/4, as they really need to learn how to talk with their guests.
