It was different to the pictures. Good that they allowed pets but the place inside was old and had cracks in the ceiling. Staff could have been a little nicer

Bed- was comfy, heater went well
Decor is very dated, paint peeling on doors and sills, switch for spa bath hidden on opposite wall. I only booked as we wanted a spa bath but I wasn't expecting a normal size bath for the price I paid - we were expecting corner spa bath. Not value for money at all. Rooms need a revamp
