Pros: The service was very quick and efficient and respectfull

Cons: In the breakfast the covid-19 protocols can be better, but wasn't bad at all.

Pros: The breakfast was varied and rich. But to the more sweet food than a hearty offer one have to get used to all over Chile.

Cons: The staff was very limited to Spanish and could only answer limited to English questions. Some standards, such as "Does your hotel provide a laundry service?" were completely unknown ("Why laundry? We are a hotel. There is nowhere such!").

Pros: The hotel was surprisingly quiet and more spacious that we initially thought and we had a good nights sleep. It’s a shame the owners can’t speak any English but google translate did a good job at the desk and they were all very obliging. We had secure car parking. It was very clean and comfortable and I would recommend for that.

Cons: Only fast food outlets were available within walking distance - definitely the wrong end of town for any restaurants! A good supermarket is close by though.

Pros: Great location to downtown, yet quiet. Room was spacious and shower was nice and hot. Staff very friendly. There was secure parking for our car.

Cons: The neighboring dogs barking and that the room I booked did not have a real desk so I used the TV stand to work.

Pros: Very comfortable. Attentive staff. Relaxed, calm atmosphere. Breakfast ( in near by cafe) included in booking was very good.

Pros: There is a big balcony where you con eat stuff yo utake on your own and a comfy dinner room with a microwave.

Cons: They dont offer breakfast and the cafés around the hotel only open late, so there is little solution to it if you dont buy stuff in advance.

Pros: The staff were very friendly and helpful and had a nice vibe. The bed was comfortable.

Cons: No tea/coffee facilities in the room - Would greatly benefit a kettle, cups and tea/coffee sachets. Also need glasses for drinking water. Also being close to the casino maybe some of the guests were 'busy' one night lots of footsteps, phone ringing until after 1am.

Pros: Breakfast was good. The breakfast lady always add enough food to the food plates. Location is convenient. Some members of staff were very friendly and helpful. Not all of them.

Cons: Facility is too simple and basic. Although there’s WiFi boost in our room (706), there’s no WiFi in our room during our 2 nights staying. We had to go down to the reception to get WiFi.

Pros: The bedroom was very comfortable and clean. The continental breakfast was good as well and Wi-Fi and TV service good

Cons: The bedroom door locks are very inadequate but the hotel still felt safe

Pros: Despite the facilities appear a little old, they functioned beyond my expectations. The shower had a good flow of hot water and the heating was excellent. Linen was clean and warm. Breakfast was lovely which is included in the price. Security was fantastic too.
