Food, staff, bed.
Bad odour in bedroom. No English Channel on tv. Location awkward for arrival.....you can't cross the road to access it.

Close to the highway
Looks more like a motel than a hotel. The room was tiny, at the second floor with no elevator, even though we had a small child with us. Bathroom door was broken. Toiet didn't function properly. Dinner and breakfast were poor but expensive. Staff could not really understand english. Hotel area was not great.
