Pros: Very tranquil and comfortable.
Cons: Extremely expensive by local standards. Rather too formal for our taste as leisure travelers.
Excellent 9,6
Pros: Beautiful quiet countryside, perfect for a break from the city. Rooms beautifully designed and very comfortable
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Secluded, elegant, relaxing
Cons: Nothing
Excellent 9,2
Pros: Beautiful place, esspecialy the garden. Great staff. Very good food.
Cons: Nothing to dislike.
Excellent 9,6
Pros: Beautiful Estancia just outside Salta, very peaceful, beautiful room (once we upgraded to a junior suite). The location is fabulous if you’re looking to explore the beautiful surrounding area, the drive to Cafayate is spectacular and worth doing.
Cons: Service tended to be a bit slow but the real annoyance here are the lack of sunloungers and shade around the pool area, apart from that we had a great stay
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Totally magic place
Excellent 10,0
Pros: House of Jasmines is an estancia in the outskirts of Salta providing guests with peace and tranquility during their stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful, speaking English, French and Spanish and maybe other languages that I am unaware of. Our suite was very comfortable, looking out over a beautiful garden setting. The king-size bed was also very comfortable. The meals and wine in the restaurant were excellent as was the service from the staff. During our 5-night stay, there was live music on 2 nights -Jazz and folkloric. We enjoyed a great massage with Rosia and Gloria in the Spa, which is well appointed and clean.

Pros: Kind staff, good breakfast
Good 7,9
Pros: Good location but we were only there for one night
Cons: Breakfast was not very good at all. Rooms were a bit old but was price friendly
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Decent hotel with secure parking a few minutes walk from Salta's main square. Rooms are a little dated, but at the price they are perfectly OK. Pretty good breakfast selection with good coffee.
Cons: At the price, nothing.
Poor 1,0
Pros: Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Good location downtown.
Cons: Rooms were not clean or updated. Very old furniture. Very sparsely furnished. No amenities (no iron, no hair dryer, safe could barely hold a wallet let alone a computer, one small towel, etc.). Upon check in, my door actually had a hole on the outside where the deadbolt was so that it could be opened manually from the outside. Extremely unsafe.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: The staff was incredible and super helpful. The rooms were comfortable and very clean. Location was ideal far enough from the city center to be quiet at night but easy walk to get to Plaza de Armas.
Good 7,1
Pros: Staff were very friendly
Cons: The heating, the bed covers
Good 6,7
Pros: It was in a great location. Great service and all the staff members went to a great effort to make our stay comfortable. The breakfast was very good and plentiful.
Cons: Very old hotel which need updated. The furniture in the lobby was from the 1960’s. It was not inviting to sit there and relax. We were given a room that smelt of old and we could not stay there. Very quickly they changed us to another room.

Pros: Although staff didn’t speak a word in English, they were extremely helpful and nice. Hotel is located in the poorer part of Salta but it’s very close to the city centre and everything is within walking distance.
Cons: Room was a bit cold and if you’re a light sleeper you will hear the noise made by cars outside.
Excellent 8,0
Pros: Staff was really nice and helpful even though they didn’t english much. But we always got what we wanted with a smile. Room was clean, light. Definitely visit a terrace, it has a beautiful view.
Cons: Breakfast had many options but only sweet! Impossible to get eggs, ham, cheese or sausage. We really missed this.
Good 7,9
Pros: The room is massive, super comfortable and well equipped! Good breakfast, very nice reception.
Cons: It was noisy, and the light was coming from under the door, we had to stuff one of our towels to cover it up.
Excellent 9,6
Pros: This was such a lovely room and the staff were very friendly. We only stayed one night as we got a bus the next morning.
Cons: Breakfast was lovely if you like cake. Nothing healthy like fruit provided
Excellent 8,8
Pros: Super super friendly stuff. Lots of good tips and always helping with a smile.
Cons: In the mornings we could hear everyone going for breakfast, up and down the stairs. It was a bit noisy. Breakfast tables were always dirty.
Excellent 9,2
Pros: Perfect for one night when you enter or leave the city by bus. Very near to the terminal. Good beds and very clean. Friendly staff!
Okay 4,2
Cons: Despite advertising credit card is accepted, they refused to accept card. This was problematic for us as getting cash from the ATM caused us high bank fees. The breakfast was stale and limited. We had a poor nights sleep as the road is noises and our window would not shut properly.
Good 6,7
Pros: Parking space available
Cons: Breakfast wasn't that good. Only sweet things were served, no cheese, no ham, ... Very old airco in the room Bathroom was very simple
Excellent 9,6
Pros: Staff was lovely, like a herd of friendly, fuzzy llamas. Bed was big and comfy. AC worked well. Location was off the beaten path by a couple of blocks which made it ideal. Quiet. Short walk to main square and parks and sites in town.
Cons: In the midst of some renovations. Didn't affect us much but was evident. One fat lady at breakfast took all (4 or 5) of the media lunas and they were not replaced. She also took all of the lemon meringue pie. Not Iris's fault, clearly.

Excellent 9,6
Pros: The location it’s great, and the staff was fair, but the receptionist Fernando he was awesome took ownership for any issue that you can have. I forgot my tablet and even he went and send it for me to the next city. He has an excellent customer service skills. He was the best of our stay.
Cons: My friend bed has a huge hole in the middle which was very uncomfortable.
Good 7,5
Pros: Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was good.
Cons: Room was very noisy
Good 6,7
Pros: The location is great, only a few blocks away from town and right next door to the Art Museum! The bed was very comfortable and I slept well in it.
Cons: My room had a window, but since it went towards the inside of the hotel/lobby area, while in the room, I kept it closed for privacy. The breakfast was okay, probably baked goods from the next door backery. Be aware that it is available in the café of the hotel, which is also open to public. One morning, a hotel guest had to wait for a table as all tables were occupied (mostly with external guests). Also, while the external guests were served their coffee at the table, hotel guests had to pick it up. Not a huge problem, just don’t understand the system behind it? Also, the organisation of the staff is very much improbable! I had to ask various times to pay, it took two days to figure out how much I had to pay in total. Furthermore, receiving the bill was very difficult and I was asked about the bank details as well as my passport number even though I had provided them on several occasions (3 I can think of spontaneously).
Excellent 8,8
Pros: I love the hotel! Especially the authentic Inca style decoration. It’s so charming. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Thank you so much for everything!
Excellent 8,8
Pros: The man at reception was very welcoming, he gave us a heater and carried it upstairs. He also was very helpful in helping us some flight issues. The staff were very helpful
Good 7,5
Pros: comfortable bed, clean, good location, fair breakfast (no fruit no egg; margarine croissants), good wifi, tv,nice and helpful staff
Cons: lockers of the doors, doors are not opaque and let the light penetrating, noisy street
Good 7,9
Pros: Located in a busy street in Salta and walking distance from the main square. It seems to be and old cozy renovated building. The room was spacious and simple. Atentious staff. Standard service actually. Breakfast was not memorable.
Cons: Breakfast can be improved. The building is interesting and could be a little better maintained.
Good 7,5
Pros: Large bed
Cons: It was a little hot in the room because the air conditioner was poor.
Excellent 8,3
Cons: Breakfast was included and really not nice. Ate breakfast else where.

Pros: Friendly helpful staff.
Cons: Was very noise of cars all night
Excellent 8,3
Pros: Discount for staying more nights in a double room Nice and helpful staff Nice common area in the patio Great wifi after they installed additional repeaters
Cons: Small breakfast
Excellent 8,3
Pros: The location, the shared kitchen, the staff, the courtyard.
Cons: Room a little bit small
Okay 5,8
Pros: Good location, friendly staff
Cons: Very old, uncomfortable, shower is not so clean, very cold at night
Okay 5,0
Pros: The bed was comfortable and we got free medialunas and coffee for breakfast.
Cons: We had an agreement to pay in USD for the room and the excursions, but upon our arrival late in the evening they told us they only accept pesos. They insisted on paying immediately for one night and for one tour so we had no other choice but to exchange money with another guest. Also we found out that we were overpaying the tours for about 200 pesos (8 eur) per tour per person comparing to people who booked the same tour from other hostels. Our room had a private bathroom but it was so dirty that I had to shower in flipflops it was also stinky and moldy. There was no wifi in the room but it was unstable even on the common area.
Excellent 8,8
Pros: Friendly helpful staff. Lovely courtyard and very quiet

Cons: Wifi did not reach properly to my room
Excellent 8,3
Pros: Communicating rooms are convenient for a family
Cons: The breakfast - limited options
Good 7,1
Pros: Yes the bed was comfy, staff were helpful and the reception area was nice. Location was very good
Cons: Rooms were very tired and very basic, breakfast was again very basic
Good 6,3
Pros: Great part of town and good value for money
Cons: Really average, rooms bare and echoey. But did the trick for 2 nights. Don’t expect too much for breakfast.
Excellent 9,2
Pros: Location fantastic, confortable and clean room, good breakfast (with fresh orange juice!), nice staff
Cons: ...nothing really...
Good 7,9
Pros: Great location and the staff were absolutely lovely.
Cons: My shower was cold two mornings in a row but I’m hoping that was just because I was up at the crack of dawn.
Okay 5,8
Pros: Close to the center
Cons: Poor lighting, poor bedding, poor breakfast
Okay 4,6
Pros: Cleaning and restaurant staff were very friendly and polite. Food and room service were great.
Cons: Our room wasn’t booked properly (January instead of December). Bathroom was full of fungi. There were 2 single beds joined by a cover instead of a double bed. When checking out, they tried to charge me for a beverage I hadn’t consumed. Our room was very, very noisy at night.

Good 7,5
Pros: really nice and courteous young reception guy who speaks perfect english
Cons: In my room was an uncomfortable musty smell.
Excellent 8,8
Pros: The hotel is basic but is very good value for money. Breakfast was good. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was large and had outside terrace which was nice.
Cons: The hotel is well located and is a short walk for main sights of the city, however, it is in a slightly tougher part of town. It is a little bit old fashioned.

Pros: Nice breakfast and stuff were always attentive.
Cons: The rooms pictures were not shown in the add. And we did not have towels when we arrived. The alley where we were host seems to be under reconstruction. Hope it will be better soon
Okay 5,0
Pros: Location and that’s it. If you need sto spend an overnight only , then is doable.
Cons: Very uncomfortable beds. Double bed is made by two mattresses and the gap in between us very uncomfortable. The whole complex is very noisy. It’s old. Floors , walls , furniture and decorations are old. I mean very old. Breakfast was just ok. I wouldn’t spend a cent more of what I paid for this hotel.
Good 7,5
Pros: Great location next to many restaurants and the main square.
Cons: Room was very small and bathroom as well. The place could use a little renovation
Good 7,1
Pros: Location and perfect as a last minute booking!
Cons: Room was small and slightly dated.
Mediocre 3,0
Pros: Location
Cons: dirty gloomy room, mold on the walls, flaked old furniture. We needed to change the room, this was a little bit better. The wifi worked just occasionally, unreliable. In any case 3 star hotel, maximum 2 star. Never more!!!
Excellent 9,0
Pros: The breakfast is great and there's variety of breads .
Cons: The internet conexion was not good in the room.

Good 6,7
Pros: The hotel was very close to the airport, which is exactly why we booked it. Only a 5 min drive and the 24hour front desk was great to be able to get us a taxi at 3am! Good place to get ready the night before flying but wouldn’t stay much longer.
Cons: Our check in was hopeless. We pretty much weren’t acknowledged properly or spoken to. When we arrived a man at the desk just handed us a key and pointed us to a room on the first floor. Our room was so hot and uncomfortable, especially sleeping at night & the air-con didn’t work at all. Our room was so noisy- we felt like we had the kitchen and dining room right outside our door. I suggest asking for another room if you get 112.
Excellent 8,3
Pros: The beds and pillows were comfortable. The room was large. The bathroom was spacious and well equipped. The location was perfect for a quick overnight near the airport. The location was very quiet. Well worth the money.
Cons: The TV shelf was placed so that you had to be very careful not to bump your head, especially in the dark.
Excellent 9,2
Pros: The property is very close to the airport and ideal for a 6 am flight.
Cons: It’s an airport hotel . No restaurant facility around, no “style”. Evening meal was good but rather pricey.
Mediocre 2,9
Pros: It‘s close to the airport
Cons: No wifi Very dirty Only cold water Dirty floor, stains on the curtains and nasty bed
Excellent 9,2
Pros: Great place for a quick overnight stop. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They put an extra mattress in our room for our 4 year old. The pool was a welcome distraction for our kids after a day of travelling
Good 6,3
Pros: Very basic hotel close to the airport.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: I really like the location of the hotel, because we wanted to stay near the airport. For visiting the city of Salta is probably not so convenient. Pool was excellent, clean, temperature of water was great, not crowdy. We didn't use their meal options, only breakfast, and it was fine.
Okay 5,4
Pros: The property is close to the airport and has parking.
Cons: There was no hot water in the morning.
Excellent 9,6
Pros: Excellent price for the place. Comfortable beds, easy check in (even before time). Excellent breakfast! We had dinner at their cafeteria too. Food was delicious for the price and abundant. With the portion of one can easily eat too. Great pizza!! It remind me my Italian dad!!
Cons: nothing

Pros: The position both near the center and near most real (not touristic) part of the town
Cons: They have changed price in 2 days from 40 to almost 60 euro ( justifying it for wrong change of exchange rates in ars) and request 10% more paying with card
Excellent 9,6
Pros: Nice family run hotel that was very comfortable and good value.
Cons: No issues for me.
Good 7,9
Pros: Excelent staff and location!
Cons: Small window in the room.
Good 7,1
Pros: Stuff was very friendly and helpful. Location is great, walking distance to the main “plaza” and lots of restaurants.
Cons: Beds were not comfortable and the walls between rooms are very thin, so we could hear almost everything from people staying next door. During breakfast, coffee was good but toasts were hard and impossible to eat.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: It was really good to stay there. Staff was friendly and helpfull all the time. Clean and quite place. House keeping works everyday. Breakfast was good.
Excellent 9,6
Pros: This was a fantastic bargain for a big, clean, private room with a private bathroom. The location was quite convenient and the staff were all friendly enough.
Cons: I have no complaints (other than the lock on the door to the room, which didn't seem very secure).
Good 7,9
Pros: The staff were very nice and extremely helpful. They had no problems helping whatsoever. They are also very flexible. The hotel itself and the room was nice and in good condition. Breakfast was good and offered different options. The hotel is a 10-minute walk from the centre square and the directions are very straightforward.
Cons: The only problem I had throughout my stay was the smell in the bathroom upon my arrival. However, everything else was really good.
Good 7,1
Pros: Room was clean and got cleaned at day time. Wifi is ok.
Cons: Breakfast is not as good as some say in rating. Room was fine, but dont expect anything fancy
Excellent 8,0
Pros: Location was very good. Breakfast was fine with a good selection and staff were helpful. Room was comfortable and quiet
Cons: For the price, everything was satisfactory

Pros: Everything was OK for the price, central location and very helpful stuff.
Okay 5,4
Pros: The staff were nice and let me defer payment, as they didn't except dollars or cards and I didn't have enough pesos. The location is good for both the centre of town and the bus terminal, but it is quite overnight.
Cons: I didn't expect much for such a cheep room, so was surprised to be so disappointed! The bathroom was in very poor repair - there was a leak under the sink that made quite a big puddle and the toilet flush was cracked and temperamental. I got a blanket out of the cupboard which was horribly musty smelling. The power went off repeatedly, despite the neighboring buildings having power, which meant that I had no air conditioning over night and had to pack for my early morning bus by the light of a head torch!
Good 6,3
Pros: Location was good
Cons: Bathroom was cramped and shower was difficult
Good 7,1
Pros: spacious room, basic breakfast (as usual in south america)
Cons: a bit aged and loud
Good 7,9
Pros: Our room was clean and spacious with a private bathroom. The bed was comfortable, the shower was hot and we were given soap and towels. The room was cleaned, the bed was made and we were given fresh towels every day. The staff were all very friendly and helpful! There is no kitchen but you can keep food in the big fridge in the reception area. The location was good- about a 20 minute walk from the bus terminal and around 10 minutes from the main square with bars and restaurants nearby. Good value for money with breakfast included- ideal for a short stay in Salta.
Cons: The air conditioning was leaking water on to the bed sometimes but we just moved it a bit so it wasn't a big problem. The breakfast was mostly sweet stuff, which is traditional I know, but some fruit or savoury food would have been good too. The wifi was a bit temperamental at times.
Excellent 9,2
Pros: The manager and staff members are great. Even they cannot speak English, we can communicate through Google translator. They are extremely helpful to arrange tours and transportation. They put us into a room away from street. The room is relatively quiet. The breakfast includes various sweets, dairy products. They are good.
Cons: The WiFi some time was good and some time was a little weak. It is understandable in a relatively small city.
Good 7,1
Pros: . Wi-Fi worked brilliantly in our room . Staff were helpful, and let us use their phone to make excursion enquiries . Amazing spread at breakfast - if you like very sugary things! We mainly stuck to bread rolls, the only savoury option!
Cons: . Bed sheets had some stains . One of our mattresses was pretty bad, with a large hole in it . You cannot pay by card, despite what the booking.com profile says, which was annoying as it's why we chose this accomodation!
Good 7,5
Pros: Great staff . Very kind and friendly. Good place for a cheap night in Salta.
Good 7,9
Pros: Nice staff. Very nice breakfast. Good wifi and the room is ok.
Good 6,7
Pros: The staff were pleasant and helpful. Plenty of hot water
Cons: The place has seen better days.

Pros: The location is quite good, 5-10 min walking distant to main square.
Cons: There was couple of things, which compounded made our stay not very pleasant, but sill not bad. When we arrived, the lady at reception looked like she was there accidentally, had no idea what she was doing. She didn't speak English at all, fortunately I speak a bit Spanish. We asked for triple room, I've even made a comment asking for three separated beds on reservation, they gave us 2 beds (one double), after all they've changed it, but we had to wait for a while for it. Another thing Internet, it was problem to connect to it all the time, once you've got connected it was very slow. I hoped that breakfast included will give us bit better impression of the hotel, but it was very basic, almost everything was sweet with tones of sugar, but I think it's just standard Argentinian way, we had similar in other Hotel. And last thing, the door bell. To enter the hotel you have to ring a bell, almost all the time we were waiting at the door for a while, once even 10 min, plus the door bell is very loud, was very annoying on our room on 1st floor.

Pros: This Hotel is quite affordable and we were able to use the refrigerator to store our food and the little kitchen to cook our eggs. The staff are all very friendly and helpful.
Cons: Our room was a little dark and damp. The pool was quite small and without lounge chairs or pool towels. The location was very far from shopping and restaurants.

Pros: It was clean and the staff pretty nice
Cons: The Pool wasn’t as nice and big as shown

Mediocre 2,9
Pros: I did not enjoy anything at this hotel and I do not recommend it to anybody.
Cons: Thieves at front desk.
Good 6,7
Pros: Breakfast was quite limited and a staff member had to select the bread and pastries for us.
Cons: Old ans smelly carpets. Removing the carpets and improving the cleanliness would make this hotel a great option.
