Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's central location, making it easy to access restaurants, shops, and attractions. Many found the rooms comfortable and appreciated amenities like balconies and views. However, there were significant complaints about accessibility, with numerous mentions of too many stairs and a lack of elevators, making it difficult for some guests to reach their rooms. Service was another common concern, with guests noting the absence of staff at reception and slow or impersonal service. Cleanliness was also mentioned as an issue in several reviews, particularly regarding bathrooms and common areas. Overall, while the location and some room features were highlights, improvements in service, accessibility, and cleanliness are needed.
