Upon check-in, the staff was very knowledgeable about the rooms, and ended up offering us one of the best rooms in the building, as it had a balcony. Worth every penny. We also asked for staff assistance on multiple occasions, whether for cold medication or room service, and staff always arrived quickly with a smile.
This is pretty minor, but in the breakfast buffet, the Western food was better and more flavorful than the Asian offerings.
