Overall, it was fine. My only complaint was that I paid for them to fill up the tank upon return. I was led to believe they would fill to the point of fullness and only charge me for that. We got so close to empty that I went ahead and filled up to that point, and then got charged for it anyway. The tank was only HALF full when we picked up the car. So, by the end of the day we were hovering on fumes. That's why I went ahead and filled it back up to half, thinking that I wouldn't then have to pay any gas fees. I think it's ridiculous to be given a car with a tank that is only half full, and then be told that I should return the car with an empty tank and then they would charge me to fill it back up to the half way mark. Isn't that taking quite a chance, to simply HOPE that you don't run out of gas on the interstate one mile away from the rental? Every rental should always have a mostly full tank - or else you should only be charged for the actual gas they have to pump in at the end of your trip. It's insane that I should just hope and pray I don't run out of gas in order to avoid paying for gas that is literally already in the car when I return it.

Car was in a bad shape. Vibrating etc. not that much to switch the car but very uncomfortable.
After-hours drop off not an option at location. 150% extra charge to drop off at the airport. It's almost as if they planned it this way. Poor and slow customer service. Aggressive push to sell insurance. Fluids not topped up. Pay the extra money for a professional rental company. Nice/newer car but not very well cleaned prior to renting.

I want a refund already messaged Kayak since I didn’t have a phone number. Never got a rental car because they texted me right before I got there they didn’t have one
