Ok value overall, however lots of hidden costs and pushy agents trying to upscale insurance. Pick up drop off with the paperwork took nearly an hour so factor in that to your travel time. Once picked up I was pressured to purchase an inclusive insurance for 70 euros for three days (car hire was 12) even though I declined multiple times. Car was is not included in the price and as per the contract it must be returned after it’s been cleaned. (Car was dirty at pickup.) Car had over 100k kms with ware and tear which was not logged, so make sure you take very, very detailed photos of the vehicle on pickup if you don’t want to lose your deposit. I’ve been asked for photos on damages that wasn’t logged and if I didn’t take up close photos of the damages which could be missed I would have lost a chunk of my deposit. Also the car pickup was in the dark in the car park so I asked the agent if I could bring the car into their lit garage to take videos of the vehicle. Finally, motorway toll price was not included in the hire of the vehicle which was another 20 euros. Overall while the value of the hire was good, I’m not sure I’d hire from them again as the hassle and the risk of picking up a damaged car isn’t worth it.

The car and the pickup process were fine, but the issue was that I was given two options of extra payment and they were both very expensive. The first one was an extra 30 euros for returning the car, paying the highway fee at the gas station (potentially more complicated and expensive) and a potential fine for a not spotted cleaned the car at the returning and the second one was an extra insurance (almost 3 times the rental I've already paid). Not ok

They are professional, just they should stop emphasing and try to influence you to take the full insurance as they increase the your worrys to influence you to take the full coverage.

The pick up was ok. The car had a problem besides it was filthy. The biggest problem the car would not start when I stopped and tried to restart it. Hence they refused to fill with petrol and then budget charged my card $185 to fill the car. A Toyota Yaris Rip off watch out
